1. Scope
These Terms apply to all services provided by Wellness Massage Mallorca (mobile wellness and relaxation massages in Mallorca).
By booking, the client agrees to these Terms.
2. Services
All treatments are for relaxation purposes only and do not replace medical or therapeutic care.
No medical diagnosis or healing claims are made.
3. Booking
Appointments are confirmed once agreed (WhatsApp, phone, or email).
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are as agreed. Payment is due after the treatment in cash or agreed methods.
5. Cancellation
up to 24 hours: free
24–4 hours: 50%
less than 4 hours or no-show: 100%
6. Health
Clients must inform about relevant health conditions in advance.
7. Location
Treatments take place at the client’s chosen location (hotel, villa, apartment, yacht).
8. Liability
No liability for incorrect information or personal belongings.
